Vellutata is a soft-spoken blend built around washed Central American coffees from Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region, layered with pulped-natural Brazilian beans from São Paulo and a delicate touch of Ethiopian Guji. Roasted to a smooth medium-light, it’s designed for texture first — supple, rounded, and quietly expressive.
Costa Rica brings clarity and gentle citrus sparkle, forming a clean backbone. Brazil deepens the profile with hazelnut sweetness and creamy caramel tones, giving the cup its signature silkiness. Ethiopia weaves in a light floral nuance and a whisper of ripe peach, adding dimension without disrupting the calm.
The cup opens with sweet cream and toasted nuts, unfolds into milk chocolate and soft orchard fruit, and settles into a lingering vanilla-cocoa finish. Vellutata — meaning “velvety” — lives up to its name: refined, comforting, and effortlessly smooth from the first sip to the last.
